JANAF Plc. financial figures for 2008 first quarter
Zagreb - JANAF Plc. announced its financial statements for the 2008 first quarter, prepared in accordance with the Croatian regulations. In the current accounting period, the crude oil quantities transported show a 16,05% decrease compared to the same period of the previous year and a 22,5% decrease compared to the planned quantities, which consequently resulted in lower realized revenues from the core business.

JANAF Plc. cofinanced street renovation at Virje
Virje – Mr. Ante Markov, Chairman of the Board of JANAF Plc., opened today, 16 May 2008, the renovated Đure Sudeta Street at Virje, whose renovation was cofinanced in 2007 by JANAF Plc. with the funds amounting to HRK 350.000 allocated through its Donation Programme intended for local authorities and self-government along the pipeline route. The Virje municipal prefect, Mr. Mirko Perok thanked JANAF for its help regarding this 1,3 million worth investment and pointed out that the renovation project had included a thorough, high-quality and permanent renovation of the central street of that municipality.

General Meeting of JANAF Plc.
Zagreb – Today, 23 July 2008, the General Meeting of Jadranski naftovod, dioničko društvo (Joint Stock Company), was held in Zagreb. The successful operational performance of JANAF Plc. in 2007 has been presented at the Meeting, by submitting the Financial Statement, adopted by both the Management Board and Supervisory Board, on the operational performance of the Company in the year 2007, together with Auditor’s Report on the financial statements audit.
