Zagreb – On the meeting of JANAF Plc. Supervisory Board held in Zagreb today, 22 October 2008, Mr. Gordan Jandroković, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration was appointed for the president of the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board adopted the decisions on the preparation of new Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee Charter, as well as on the appointment of the Audit Committee members. Furthermore, the company’s financial statements have been adopted for the period from January to June 2008 and for the period from January to September 2008.
During the meeting, the consent was given for the establishment of a daughter company of JANAF Plc. in Bosanski Brod.
