JANAF Plc. financial figures for first nine months of 2008
Zagreb - JANAF Plc. announced its financial statements for the period from January till September 2008. In the current accounting period, the crude oil quantities transported show a 6,8% decrease compared to the same period of the previous year and a 9,1% decrease compared to the planned quantities, which consequently resulted in lower realized revenues from the core business. The reduction in crude oil transport quantities has occurred mostly due to the local refinery overhaul and specific conditions on the crude oil market.

JANAF Plc. financial figures for 2008
Zagreb - JANAF Plc. announced the audited financial statements for the year 2008. The 2008 revenues total HRK 374,9 mil., showing a 4,1% increase compared to the year 2007 and a 27,8% increase when looking at the plan. The gross profit realized in the year 2008 amounts to HRK 67,5 mil., thus being for 34,8% higher than the 2007 gross profit.

General Meeting of JANAF Plc.
Zagreb – The General Meeting of JADRANSKI NAFTOVOD, dioničko društvo (Joint Stock Company), was held today, 19 June 2009. The operational performance of JANAF Plc. in the year 2008 was presented at the Meeting, by submitting the Financial Statement, adopted by both the Management Board and Supervisory Board, on the operational performance of the Company in the year 2008, together with Auditor’s Report on the financial statements audit. Furthermore, the auditing company Deloitte d.o.o. Zagreb has been appointed for the auditor of the financial statements for the year 2009.

Contract on Business Cooperation between JANAF Plc. and HANDA
Zagreb – Today, 19 June 2009, JANAF Plc. entered into the Contract on Business Cooperation with HANDA (Croatian Compulsory Oil Stocks Agency). Under the Contract and following the Decision on Regional Allocation of Stocks by the Croatian Ministry of the Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship, JANAF Plc. undertakes to ensure the storage tanks for the purpose of storing the compulsory stocks of crude oil for the needs of the Republic of Croatia, with the total capacity of up to 640.000 m3, as well as for the purpose of storing oil products for the Northwest Croatian region, with the total capacity of up to 130.000 m3.
