Zagreb – The meeting of JANAF Plc. Management Board was held today, 29 May 2009 at 11.00 hours (local time).
At today’s meeting the JANAF Management Board adopted the decision to purchase a part of DIOKI’s real properties on Žitnjak location in Zagreb (storage tank farm for oil products, facilities, equipment and infrastructure), with the aim to open a storage terminal for oil products, serving as regional centre for purposes of storing the compulsory stocks of the Republic of Croatia, as well as for commercial purposes. The Management Board shall submit the final draft of the Purchase Agreement to the JANAF Supervisory Board in order to obtain its prior consent for signing the Purchase Agreement.
The meeting of the Supervisory Board is convened for Tuesday, 2 June 2009 at 12.00 hours (local time).
