JANAF concluded new business contract worth HRK 250 million
Zagreb – JANAF Plc., as a company listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, based on the Capital Market Act, announced the information that, at the beginning of 2017, JANAF concluded a new business contract with NIS ad, owned by Gazpromneft. Thus, following the contracts already signed with VITOL S.A. from Geneva and UNIPETROL RPA from Prague, JANAF has continued with the intensive business activities on the international market during a new business year.

Zagreb – JANAF Plc. has continued with intensive business activities by signing the valuable long-term contracts with VITOL, Unipetrol and Crodux derivati dva, which will definitely result in the good business performance that will continue to be also achieved in the year 2017.

JANAF Plc. concluded Contracts on transport and storage of crude oil and petroleum products
Zagreb- JANAF Plc., headed by DSc. Dragan Kovačević, Chairman of the Management Board, concluded the contracts on crude oil transport for 2016 with the companies Naftna Industrija Srbije a.d. (NIS - Oil Industry of Serbia) and Optima group Ltd. For the needs of NAFTNA INDUSTRIJE SRBIJE a.d. (NIS) the transport of 2.100.000 tons of crude oil is contracted for the current year, while for the needs of OPTIMA GROUP Ltd. 1.000.000 tons of crude oil will be transported for the Brod Oil Refinery (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Moreover, JANAF Plc. has entered into contracts with two major world’s oil traders, VITOL S.A. and GLENCORE ENERGY UK LTD, for storage of crude oil at the JANAF Terminal at Omišalj. As regards the petroleum products storage, the contracts have been concluded with the companies Crodux derivati dva Ltd. and LUKOIL CROATIA Ltd. for storage at JANAF Terminals at Omišalj and Žitnjak in Zagreb.

JANAF Management Board completed major investment cycle by commissioning renewed and modernized Žitnjak Terminal
Zagreb – Croatian Minister of the Economy, Mr. Ivan Vrdoljak, in attendance of Minister Anka Mrak-Taritaš, of the Croatian Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning, on 7 July 2014 commissioned the renewed and modernized JANAF’s Žitnjak Terminal. Its putting into operation marks the completion of the Project of the Žitnjak Terminal reconstruction and upgrade.
