JANAF Plc. Share Capital Increase
Zagreb – By the Zagreb Commercial Court order no. Tt-09/7453-2 of 3 July 2009 and following the Decision on increasing the share capital of JANAF Plc. adopted on the General Meeting of the Company held on 19 June 2009, Company’s share capital has been increased for the amount of HRK 714.992.400,00. Thus, Company’s share capital now amounts to HRK 2.720.676.600,00.

JANAF Plc. signed the Contract on oil transport with Optima Group Ltd.
Banja Luka/Zagreb – Jadranski naftovod, dioničko društvo (joint stock company), Zagreb and Optima Group Ltd., Banja Luka signed the Contract on crude oil transport for the year 2010. Thus, by this Contract, the transport of 1.200.000 tons of crude oil is contracted for the needs of the Oil Refinery in Bosanski Brod.
