Extraordinary General Meeting of JANAF Plc. held
Zagreb – On 13 October 2008, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Jadranski naftovod, dioničko društvo, was held.
The shareholders adopted unanimously the decision to release Mr. Miljenko Pavlaković from the duty of the Supervisory Board member as of 13 October 2008 and to appoint Mr. Gordan Jandroković for a new member of the Supervisory Board of JANAF Plc.
A 4-year term of Mr. Gordan Jandroković, member of the Supervisory Board, starts from 13 October 2008.
