The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of JANAF Plc. will be held on 5 July 2011 in the company’s offices in Zagreb, Miramarska cesta 24.
In order to gain the right to participate and execute the voting right at the General Meeting, the shareholders are invited to submit notice of their attendance in writing at least six (6) days prior to the AGM.
