Zagreb – JANAF Plc., as a company listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, based on the Capital Market Act, announced the information that, at the beginning of 2017, JANAF concluded a new business contract with NIS ad, owned by Gazpromneft. Thus, following the contracts already signed with VITOL S.A. from Geneva and UNIPETROL RPA from Prague, JANAF has continued with the intensive business activities on the international market during a new business year. DSc. Dragan Kovačević, Chairman of the JANAF Management Board, signed with NIS - Gazpromneft the Contract on business cooperation for crude oil transport and storage of crude oil and petroleum products in the year 2017. The total value of the stated Contract is HRK 250 million. It should be especially pointed out that these businesses include the storage capacities of the Sisak Terminal as well as new storage capacities of the Omišalj Terminal, as result of JANAF’s investment activities over the past two years. The businesses under the new contracts will result in the continuation of achieving remarkable business results that JANAF has been realizing over the past years and strengthening its business position in 2017, thus contributing to its business operations and qualifying JANAF as one of the most significant Croatian business entities and strategic actor on the European energy map.
