Zagreb – In accordance with the Capital Market Act and Companies Act, JANAF Plc. gives notice on appointment of the Management Board members.
Based on the conducted public competition, the Company’s Supervisory Board on its meeting held on 7 February 2020 adopted the decision on appointing dr.sc. Dragan Kovačević as Chairman of the Management Board, and mr.sc. Stjepan Adanić and Vladislav Veselica as members of the Management Board of Jadranski naftovod, dioničko društvo for the period of four years, starting their mandate as of 12 February 2020.
