Zagreb – On Wednesday, 25 September 2019, JANAF Plc. became a member of the International Association of Oil Transporters (IAOT) at the Governing Board meeting held in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The IAOT, as the most influential association of oil transporters has recognised the importance of JANAF in the energy and oil infrastructure of a huge Euroasian region. By joining the IAOT, JANAF became a part of the team that will cooperate and contribute to the enhancement of security and quality of the energy supply from Croatia to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Ukraine, the Caspian region countries and China.
“Joining such important organisation is, first of all, the result of the significance that the Republic of Croatia enjoys on the international level and such connection and strategic orientation of JANAF towards the international markets and export will be reflected on its even better business performance”, said dr.sc. Dragan Kovačević, Chairman of the JANAF Management Board, expressing the content that JANAF became a part of this influential organisation.
