JANAF Plc. donated HRK 2 million

Aware of a difficult situation that hit not only Croatia, but the entire world, and wishing to contribute to a wave of positive changes, JANAF Plc. donated five respirators to hospitals, one room disinfection device to the Clinical Hospital Centre Sestre milosrdnice Zagreb, protective face masks to the Sisak General Hospital “Dr. Ivo Pedišić“ and over HRK 250.000,00 to the bank accounts of the “Together for Zagreb” and “Croatia Against Coronavirus” campaigns.

Given the emergency circumstance in the Republic of Croatia related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease epidemic, as well as the earthquake that struck the Zagreb area and caused major material damages, the Company’s Management Board together with the managing staff donated their entire salaries for March in favour of the government actions, namely “Together for Zagreb” and “Croatia Against Coronavirus” campaigns. The campaigns were also joined by the employees donating their Easter bonuses, and thus the amount exceeding HRK 250.000,00 was paid to the bank accounts of those campaigns.

Furthermore, in order to help enhance the healthcare system in Croatia and provide adequate care to the patients with coronavirus disease, the Company decided to donate to the hospitals five respirators worth HRK 1.000.000,00, to the Sisak General Hospital “Dr. Ivo Pedišić” 5 000 medical protective masks having the total value of HRK 21.000,00 and to the Clinical Hospital Centre Sestre milosrdnice Zagreb one room disinfection device Sterisafe, worth HRK 555.000,00.
