JANAF Plc. first time host of Mediterranean Oil Industry Group (MOIG) annual meeting
JANAF Plc. has for the first time hosted the annual meeting of Mediterranean Oil Industry Group (MOIG), held from 12 till 15 November 2007. Mediterranean region oil companies joined together under MOIG in 1995, while JANAF Plc. became a permanent member in 2003. MOIG’s primary aims include the promotion of regional cooperation between the oil industry and Mediterranean region governmental representatives, the exchange of information, expertise and equipment in the case of a sudden incident, as well as members’ education and training according to the conditions of International Maritime Organization (IMO).

JANAF Plc. and Croatian Water Polo Federation signed Sponsorship Contract
JANAF Plc. has become a golden sponsor of the Croatian Water Polo Team and main sponsor of the Junior Water Polo Teams by signing Kn 1 million sponsorship contract. Zagreb – Mr. Dubravko Tkalčić, Director General of JANAF Plc. and Mr. Perica Bukić, the President of Croatian Water Polo Federation signed Kn 1 million Sponsorship Contract at JANAF’s headquarters in Zagreb on 23 January 2008. JANAF Plc. has thus become a golden sponsor of Croatian Water Polo Team and main sponsor of the Croatian Water Polo Federation’s Junior Water Polo Teams.

Presenting JANAF Plc. 2008 business plans
Zagreb – A presentation for media representatives on JANAF Plc. business results accomplished and 2008 investment plans was held at company headquarters on 31 January 2008. All participants were welcomed by Mr. Dubravko Tkalčić, JANAF Plc. Director General, who said that 2007 JANAF’s business results hit a record high counting from the year Croatia gained its independence.

New management board of Jandranski naftovod, Joint Stock Co.
Zagreb, 13 February 2008 – A new management board of Jadranski naftovod, Joint Stock Co. was nominated at the session of Supervisory board held today, 13 February 2008. JANAF's Supervisory board nominated Mr. Ante Markov as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Dubravko Tkalčić and Mr. Vladimir Vranković were appointed as the Members of the Board.

JANAF Plc. has announced the Competition for Awarding Donations and Sponsorships for 2008
Zagreb – Jadranski naftovod, Joint Stock Co. has today, 15 February 2008, announced a public invitation for the Competition for Awarding Donations and Sponsorships for the year 2008. Donations and sponsorships relate to the following fields: children and youth, culture and arts, environmental protection, humanitarian projects, education, sciences and sports. The competition is open till 15 March 2008 and the results will be announced untill 15 May 2008.

DIOKI Group and JANAF Plc. donated digital diascopic RTG apparatus to Clinical Hospital Centre (KBC) Rijeka
Rijeka - DIOKI Group and JANAF Plc. donated a € 549.000,00 worth digital diascopic RTG apparatus to the Clinical Hospital Centre Rijeka, intended to the Department of Radiology. Owing to the procurement of this digital diascopic RTG apparatus, the intervention radiology and gastroenterology services can be opened. By using the digital diascopic RTG, the patients are less exposed to the radiation, while the instruments provide for greater diagnostic reliability to be achieved and the analysis procedure to be shortened due to the electronic records exchange.
