2009 financial figures presented and 2010 business activities announced by JANAF Management Board
Zagreb – The Management Board of JANAF Plc. presented today, 1 February 2010, the unaudited financial statements for the year 2009 and announced the business activities in the year 2010. Presenting the financial figures for the last year, Mr. Ante Markov, Chairman of the Board, pointed out that the total crude oil throughput reached 6,9 mil. tons, thus showing a 9,2% increase compared to the same period of the previous year and a 1,8% increase when compared to the planned transportation volumes. By end-2008 JANAF resumed transport for the Bosanski Brod Refinery and during 2009 significantly higher volumes were transported than those planned.

Malaysian Ambassador visited Omišalj Terminal
Omišalj – Her Excellency Ambassador of Malaysia Aminahtun Abdul Karim Shaharhudin visited on Friday, 16 April 2010, the Municipality of Omišalj. She seized the opportunity to visit also the JANAF Omišalj Terminal where she was welcomed by Mr. Petar Grđan, Member of JANAF Management Board and by Mr. Bruno Janković, Terminal Manager.

JANAF d.d. Award-winner for the Largest Price Growth of share in 2009
Zagreb- the award ceremony of the Golden Share and Golden Interest Awards was held on 17 December, 2010 at the headquarters of the Croatian Chamber of Economy in Zagreb which was organized by the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the business weekly „Lider“, the company Kapital klub and the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

JANAF published the bidding for its major investment project
Zagreb – JANAF Plc. published the Public bidding for its major investment project, the crude oil tank farm construction at Omišalj Terminal, in which JANAF Plc. invites all interested contractors to participate.

JANAF’s greatest investment started by construction site opening at Omišalj Terminal
Omišalj – Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor opened today, 21 February 2011, the construction site intended for construction of three new crude oil storage tanks at JANAF’s Omišalj Terminal. Thus, Croatian Prime Minister Kosor marked the commencement of works within the JANAF’s greatest investment project of upgrade/reconstruction of the storage tank farm at the Omišalj Terminal. At the opened construction site the works shall commence related to the activities of foundation and preparatory works to be followed by the commencement of construction of the first three crude oil storage tanks upon the bidding procedure of the contractor’s selection to be conducted during mid-May of this year. Furthermore, the public bidding procedure for construction of the first three new storage tanks is under way and closes on 16 March 2011.

Terminal Omišalj posjetili studenti Rudarsko-geološko-naftnog fakulteta iz Zagreba
Omišalj – Studenti preddiplomskog studija naftnog rudarstva Rudarsko-geološko-naftnog fakulteta posjetili su danas, 23. svibnja 2012. godine, JANAF-ov Terminal Omišalj na otoku Krku. Posjet terminalu proveden je u sklopu terenske nastave iz kolegija Zaštita okoliša u naftnom rudarstvu.
