In the closed part of the government cabinet session held on 24 September 2020, an official statement was given, which is announced on the web site of the Government of the Republic of Croatia and which relates to the decision according to which the proposal is given to the Supervisory Board of Jadranski naftovod, dioničko društvo (JANAF) to recall the Chairman of the Management Board, dr.sc. Dragan Kovačević and to appoint mr.sc. Stjepan Adanić, the Board Member, as acting Chairman of the Management Board of Jadranski naftovod, dioničko društvo (JANAF Plc.) for the period of no longer than six months, until the appointment of new Chairman of the Management Board based on the conducted public competition procedure.
Upon receipt of the relevant documentation in the Company, the Supervisory Board shall meet today, on 25 September 2020 at 13.00 hours (local time) in order to reach the decision on the Company’s legal representative.
