To manage people represents a huge responsibility and challenge. Aware of dynamic changes on the labour market and demands in today’s business world, as concerns the human potential management, we have established a series of sustainable policies to ensure the efficiency of the business processes, with professional development of every employee.

The activities conducted, both in the core business activities and the human resource management projects, oblige us to conduct further changes that will contribute to the development of our company (JANAF) at the level of major strategic goals and in compliance with the best practices. Such human potential management process based on the open communication creates a transparent environment where a professional and personal progress and development of every individual are fostered, prompt and efficient transfer of knowledge and skills is ensured, and technological competitiveness, employee work performance and content are enhanced.

In order to support all employees in establishing a balance between business and private life, JANAF joined the Mamforce Initiative in 2016 and acquired the basic Mamforce Company Standard certification, as the first company predominately state owned. In 2018, JANAF is certified for the advance Mamforce Company Standard in the CHANGE category (dedication to changes), which it retains over the next two years. Our aim is to further develop the programs and create the policies concerning the employment, development and internal promotion, and managing people in general, through mentoring and coaching programs by encouraging the middle management for the introduction of changes in the fields of awareness of the family responsibility and importance of gender equality.
