Anti-corruption programme

On its session held on 26 November 2009, the Croatian Government adopted the conclusion introducing the Anti-Corruption Programme for the companies predominately state-owned for the 2010 – 2012 period.

In accordance with the measures referred to in item II of the Anti-Corruption Programme, on 9 December 2009, the JANAF Management Board adopted the Action Plan for implementing the Anti-Corruption Programme within JANAF Plc. for the 2010 – 2012 period. The Action Plan was confirmed also by the Supervisory Board and it was submitted to the Croatian Ministry of the Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship.

Furthermore, a Working Group was founded with the task of monitoring the activities and their implementation within the Anti-Corruption Programme in JANAF Plc.

The priority objectives of the Anti-Corruption Programme of JANAF Plc. are the following:

  • Objective 1 – Strengthen the integrity, responsibility and transparency at work;
  • Objective 2 – Create preconditions for preventing the corruption at all levels;
  • Objective 3 – Support a zero-tolerance approach to corruption.
